Account Security
Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited.
Account Closure
fi99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support — any remaining balance will be returned after verification.
Multiple Accounts
Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

About Bank Transfers
For deposits and withdrawals via bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and other scheduled commercial banks can be used. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the bank.
Payment Method Consistency
For security purposes, withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit. fi99 follows strict anti-money laundering rules and reserves the right to request additional information or documents where necessary.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
fi99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its registered members. Specific terms apply to each offer and must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you ৳3,000 to play with. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳22,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets (৳2,000 × 20) before withdrawing bonus winnings.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus applies once per account — bonuses cannot be claimed through multiple accounts.
- If any betting restriction is breached while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled.
- fi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, fi99 may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
VIP Program & Cashback
fi99's VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier based on your activity and regularity.
Bronze Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%. Entry-level tier for regular players.
Silver Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%. Available upon promotion from Bronze.
Gold Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. The highest-benefit tier on the platform.
VIP Terms
- Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account.
- fi99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
- VIP status may be revoked in cases of terms violation or account fraud.
- A minimum balance must be met to withdraw cashback.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement. fi99 reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of the terms. Clauses relating to payments, liability, and intellectual property will remain in effect after termination.
